Q: When are you moving?
A: The projection is that we will be ready to serve our customers in the new building by early summer 2021! We'll be communicating lots of updates with our customers and community as we get closer to our opening.

Q: How many new cars will be in the showroom?
A: We'll have plenty of space for cars in the showroom, but when you walk in you'll see that we've designed the space around people as much as vehicles. We'll have plenty of space in the service drive in; we have an indoor delivery area; and we've got a huge workshop to make sure we have ample repair space now and in the future. 

Q: Will there still be coffee and snacks?
A: Oh yes! Our new customer lounge will be equipped with all kinds of goodies and even a few surprises!

Q: Will you offer car washes again?
A: YES! While this was a customer benefit that we not able to accommodate recently in our original building due to space, it has been a key consideration in designing our new building. We plan on washing all customer cars after they are serviced.

Q: What is happening with the old building?
A: Our first priority is to get moved into the new space and to make sure we continue to offer top-notch customer service. Once we get everything smoothed out with that transition, then we'll look back at our original building and start thinking about what it can be in its next life.

Q: Will you still be offering wholesale to the public?
A: As your Subaru Superstore, our plan is to offer Subarus in all shapes, sizes and prices. So yes, we'll continue to have bargain offerings in the wholesale to public category, as well as fully reconditioned used Subarus and of course an extensive new-car inventory. 

Q: Will you be hiring?
A: We are and will continue to be looking to add engaged, energetic people to our team.
