FAQs on VIP Valet (and the original program Lifetime Valet)

Q: Why is Lifetime Valet ending?

A: We're not ending it, we're changing it. For the past several years, Lifetime Valet has come standard with

every new and used car we've sold. It's understandably been a very popular feature. Starting January 3,

2014, we've introduced a new program called, "VIP Valet Service." It's an optional feature on every car we

sell. Customers will have the opportunity to have VIP Valet Service when they buy a Vehicle Service

Contract at the time of their vehicle purchase. The combination of VIP Valet Service and a Vehicle Service

Contract (VSC) makes for an unmatched magic carpet ride for people when they have service and

maintenance performed over the ownership of their vehicle.

Q: Why are you making this change?

A: We want the best for our customers. Valet is a great program and people love it. With the addition of a

Lifetime Warranty, we take the already strong 5-year, 60,000-mile manufacturer warranty and extended it

for as long as the original customer owns their car.

Q: What happens to people who already have lifetime Valet Service - will that go away?

A: No. The people who already have Lifetime Valet Service will continue to have it for as long as they own

their car. If you bought your car between June 2010 and December 2013, you'll continue to have the

Lifetime Valet Service.

Q: Which customers will have VIP Valet Service?

A: Customers who buy a Vehicle Service Contract on their new or used car at the time of delivery will be able

to enjoy VIP Valet Service for the duration of VSC coverage period.
