Q: Why does Evergreen Subaru offer a Lifetime Warranty on new cars?

A: Subaru makes an exceptional product with a terrific warranty, but you can never have 

        enough peace of mind. This Lifetime Powertrain Warranty - offered through Zurich, a

        long-established national insurance company - shows how confident we are in

        Subaru's outstanding engineering. We're so confident our cars will take care of people

        that we're willing to back it with this exceptional Lifetime Warranty.

Q: If other dealers are offering this program too, why should I buy from Evergreen 

        Subaru? What makes your different?

A: Not all Lifetime Warranties are created equally! You really see the difference when you 

        read the fine print! First of all, we're offering a Lifetime Warranty from a national, brand-

        name insurance company: Zurich, a multi-national player that's been around since     

        1872!

Q: Where is the coverage area?

A: The Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is good through the United States. In the event you 

        have a covered loss, simply call the Zurich 800 # and help is on the way. There is 

        even rental car coverage, trip interruption coverage, towing and emergency roadside 

        assistance coverage as part of the warranty.

Q: What does this warranty cover?

A: The Lifetime Powertrain Warranty mirrors the factory's powertrain warranty, covering 

        the engine, the transmission and drive axle.

Q: Is there a deductible for repairs?

A: Yes and No. There is a $250 deductible per covered event, but it's a "disappearing" 

        deductible, which means you don't pay it if you have the repairs performed at 

        Evergreen Subaru.

Q: Do the repairs have to be made at Evergreen Subaru

A: No, the lifetime powertrain warranty will cover repairs at any ASE certified repair shop 

        in the country. However, there is a $250 deductible in those cases, while there is no 

        deductible if the repair is made at Evergreen Subaru.
