Evergreen Virus Response


By order of the Governor, as of 3/24/2020, we are ordered to close all IN-PERSON sales transactions.
Here is what this means for Evergreen Subaru's customers and staff:


Service is still considered to be an "essential service." Our Service Department remains open at our normal hours and is fully operational with some additional enhanced safety modifications.
  • Customers may drop their cars off for service and have the option of accessing a freshly disinfected loaner car. (We have significantly increased the size of our loaner fleet.)
  • Customers have the option to pay online and do a curbside drop-off to minimize their interactions as much as possible. Just call our Service Department to make this arrangement in advance.
  • Serviced cars are disinfected for pick-up using our rigorous cleaning protocol.
  • To comply with recommended social distancing practices, our waiting room is now closed. (But you still can wait here for your car; Feel free to sit in a disinfected loaner car.)

Our showroom is closed to the public, but we're not closed for sales!

During this time:
  • You can still come browse cars on our lot.
  • We can come out and talk with you; but we'll observe all CDC social distancing guidelines.
  • You can still take a test drive (we just won't go with you)
  • We can still support customers purchasing a car (as long as there is no person-to-person contact, and it's not inside).
  • Purchase and sale documentation will be handled via phone and a disinfected, outdoor drop-box. Pick up the paperwork; sign the documents; put them back in the drop box. We'll sort through the packet, separate your copies and put it back in the drop box. Disinfecting each step of the way!

  • We've spread out - employees who are working on-site now have significant distance between their work areas.
  • As has been in place for the past several weeks, all employees have disinfecting kits and instructions, as per the CDC, to clean all surfaces and wash hands properly and in real time.
  • We have an enhanced system and protocol for thoroughly disinfecting all cars being serviced, loaner cars, and cars for purchase.
