Evergreen Subaru was built and founded in 2004. The vision behind the store was simple, buying and servicing a car shouldn't have to be something people dread. Rather, the goal was to create a comfortable, low-pressure sales experience that results in a long-term trusting relationship with customers. Here's our approach:

Our Customers
We've been talking about and teaching going the "Extra Mile" for customers since Day One. It's about really listening to customers and looking for opportunities to exceed their expectations every chance we get. When we bring in new team members, we pay close attention to make sure they share our passion for creating a great customer experience. 

Our Community 
There are so many high-quality organizations in our greater Lewiston/Auburn community that are addressing some incredibly critical needs. It is a privilege and a great source of pride to be able to give back to the community that has given so much. We make a difference through monetary sponsorships, collection drives and volunteer service. We feel strongly about investing in causes and organizations that matter to our team members.

Each Other 
We learned early on that creating an authentic, best-in-class customer experience starts from the inside out. We believe that when employees feel like work is a happy, safe and nurturing space, they will be able to pay it forward in the customer experience they provide. Evergreen Subaru launched a comprehensive workplace culture initiative in 2013 with active participation to help define our store values and how we can ensure that we can protect and grow our special and unique store culture.
