After being told "you're in a helpless situation" from other dealers I had pretty much accepted those words to my car issues. Then I came upon YOU GUYS. Your friendly, compassioned, dedicated character towards your customers is to be commended! I was very upfront on the challenge getting me into a vechicle may be and niether of you flinched. You listened, understood and even related to my situation, then went to work. It wasn't about asking you to go above and beyond for me, your passion and dedication is just there. Nice to know in this day and age there are folks around like the Evergreen Crew. The outcome knocked my socks off ! Not only did you put me into an awesome vechicle, you gave me something to talk about...EVERGREEN SUBARU.... and believe me i can talk. Dear Evergreen Subaru,

Earlier today I brought my 2001 Outback in for servicing. (The engine had been overheating, running roughly, & losing coolant).

I would like to thank the service department for quickly diagnosing & correcting the problem. They took the time to explain what was wrong with the engine and promptly corrected the problem.

They were very courteous as well.

I have no complaints whatsoever & will recommend Evergreen Subaru to others who are in the market for a vehicle (new or used).

Tony Roberts was the salesperson who assisted me when I purchased the vehicle last July and continues to be helpful with any questions or concerns I may have.

I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that I have had a wonderful experience with the folks in your service department. My 99 Subaru needed a 90k tune up, and the initial quote I got from a dealer in Boston was absurd. The guys at Evergreen talked me through the whole process on the phone and ended up doing the work for me for close to $500 less than my initial quote.

This past week when a strange light started blinking, one of the technicians spent close to half an hour with me on the phone, walking me through what the possibilities might be and advising me on how to proceed. He was incredibly patient and helpful.

I am a new Subaru owner (although not of a new car) and being young and female I often come across mechanics who treat me like a child. I have been continuously impressed with the friendly and professional way that everyone in your service department has conducted themselves with me throughout my car problems. I live in Boston but am originally from Auburn, and I will continue to bring my car all the way up to Evergreen to be serviced. (I still need you to figure out what that blinking light was all about...) It's so nice to have mechanics I can trust and rely on.

Recently, I had a warning light problem with my 2003 Subaru VDC. While the light was annoying, concern about the cars breaking was our most important issue. The solution wasn't easy to find, but the service crew ruled out all other causes. They went well beyond in the call and replaced the very expensive VDC/ABS pump system. Not only is the car working safely again, just like new, but they went the extra mile to have Subaru pay the work. I can't tell you how pleased I am with your dealership, especially the service dept. There is no doubt in my mind where my next car will be purchase. Cudos to the whole team!
